Great experience with LOWL. I submitted an inquiry on a Saturday afternoon, received a response within 15 minutes and confirmed a same day appointment. Kabi came out that afternoon to assess the situation and was very communicative and transparent about his findings, recommendations and pricing. Our situation was a little tricky because we had gotten our cabinets redone and unfortunately, the contractor didn't put the cabinets above our microwave in the same spot as they were previously, making it difficult to get the vent for the range installed easily as it was no longer centered. We agreed to move forward, Kabi went and got the necessary materials and returned to complete the job. From initial arrival to completion took about 2 hours. I needed a handyman's services on a Friday afternoon. I had a dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen that had just been delivered but could not be installed (by another provider) as some modifications needed to be made to my cabinets first. I went to Yelp, asked for help and Lowl responded in no time. They said they could have their technician here in about 2 hours. I said, "Send them!" He arrived before the 2 hours. He assessed the issue, explained to me the solution and gave me a reasonable price quote. I approved the job. He made the modifications and installed my new dishwasher in a very timely manner! He cleaned up any water, wood shavings, packing materials, trash, etc. He even offered to dispose of my old dishwasher for the same price as the original vendor. I am More Than Pleased with their fast response, great work, cleanliness and customer service. If I am in need of any further appliance installation, I will DEFINITELY contact LOWL. By the way, their cost for just dishwasher installation was a few dollars Less than the store I bought it from. He didn't even mind my excited, friendly, 84 lbs., pup.

LOWL provided great service. Our Maytag washer was not draining and would not initiate wash cycles. I put in a request for a quote on a Friday night and had somebody working on it by Saturday morning. Their technician Alex came and was quick to diagnose the problem. He was prepared with the appropriate parts as well. They used genuine Maytag parts to replace the damaged part. I'll remember them if I have any other appliance problem.
